I just watched a YouTube video about having an impact and making a difference in the community and the commentator asked "would anyone notice if you went away?" 
 

Can we say that Radiant Hands is having an impact are we making a difference?

The answer is a resounding yes. Some families would be homeless, some would be without the bare necessities of life - food, utilities, and others would not have the opportunity to better themselves.
