END OF YEAR

Radiant Hands would like to thank everyone for their support. We appreciate the effort taken for each event and look forward to a new and equally productive year in 2013. A special thanks goes out to the volunteers of Radiant Hands who help keep administrative costs to a minimum so that donations can go to help those in need. The Florida Division of Consumer Services has a "Gift Givers' Guide" which provides financial information on charitable organizations registered with the Department. The Registration number for Radiant Hands is CH#19875 or you can search by name.

 

Currently we are working on a short DVD Public Service Announcement format being produced by award winning filmmaker Iman Zawahry, participating in an event at the Hilton  showcasing area nonprofits and planning a Tea Party in the spring. Check out upcoming Newsletters for details. 

 

End of the year statements will be emailed to the address on file, beginning in January. There is still time to make a charitable donation for the 2012 tax year.

NEWS

 

Members of the community donated blankets, jackets and sweaters for the clothing drive. Your cash donation allowed Radiant Hands to purchase items to be distributed to the homeless and indigent. Thanks again everyone, with a special thanks to the Pharmaceutics Dept. at UF who not only collected jackets but also donated $100 for the event.

Radiant Hands Inc. has earned the Gold Star Exchange Seal for its commitment to transparency from GudeStar.com an agency that rates nonprofit organizations.  If you would like to write a review of the charity, it is easy to do online. It works best if you use Mozilla FireFox.  There are some issues with Internet Explorer.

 

Finaly, the garage sale this year was a huge success, thanks to everyone who helped out during the day, and donated items for the sale.
