Zach shared the tragic news that longtime Club member, the Honorable Joseph Beatty, passed away this past Sunday. Arrangements are pending at Wheelan-Pressly.
Tom Plechaty announced that Club members have sold approximately 200 dozen roses, and he still needs a few people to help out with distribution on April 24.
Zach reported that the satellite club is working on its project with the assistance of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. What is contemplated is construction of showers at The Place 2B in downtown Rock Island.
