President Jeff Behrens called the meeting of March 25 to order. Jonathan Turner provided the entertainment along with his current band, the Woodtick Snorkels.
The first announcement came from Joe Robb, who reported on John Califf. Apparently, John is still undergoing treatments and is presenting some of the same problems that he had shown earlier. Prayers and best wishes are certainly appropriate.
Tom Plechaty gave us the current update on Rose Day. All orders must be turned in by April 9. Demonstrating the old saying that no good deed goes unpunished, the Botanical Center has become aware of Tom's expertise at plugging fundraising efforts, so he announced to the group that the Botanical Center would be having a trivia night March 29.
Liz Loveless took a few moments to do a little last-minute hawking on the Bowl-A-Thon. If you have any interest in seeing some really wicked keglers, audience attendees are always welcome.
Our Dining Tour books continue to be offered for the low price of $30 or two for $60.
Guests included members of the Alleman High School Key Club, as well as Gene Smith's son.
In Fun and Fellowship, the Kartel won the preliminary prize, but the Club managed to keep the grand prize again under Zach Edwards' soon-to-become legendary skills.
