The deadline to submit scholarship applications for the 2016-17 school year is fast approaching. April 1, 2016. Go to the Blackhorse web site at http://www.blackhorse.org/scholarships.cfm for details and application form. Complete application must be postmarked not-later than
1 April 2016 and mailed to:
