Hurry: Reunion Hotel Special Rates

Extended to May 22

We have some incredible news to pass along to those of you who want to reserve rooms at the Venetian but have not yet done so, or have simply delayed your decision to attend the reunion. The management of the Venetian has made an unexpected decision: The deadline to book rooms for the Blackhorse Association Reunion at the $100 special rate has been extended to May 22.

However, it is crucial that you make your room reservation ASAP because the block of rooms available at this special rate is quickly dwindling. There may be no availability if you wait until May 22.

All you have to do is phone Mr. Perry Frias at 702-414-0355, tell him you are with the June Blackhorse Association Reunion, and give him your credit card information. Mr. Frias, a manager at the Venetian, is personally taking the calls to ensure quick and efficient service to those without rooms.

As we have mentioned in previous emails, you can arrive up to three days prior to the Reunion's start and stay up to three days after its end and still take advantage of this special rate. As a reminder, all hotels on the Las Vegas strip charge a resort fee of $25 per room per day plus a standard 12% tax per day. The resort fee covers unlimited local and toll-free calls, unlimited in-suite internet access, a complimentary daily newspaper, access to the fitness center, and selected drink coupons per day.
