The 16-day government shutdown ended last week, but the dismay and disgust expressed by U.S. citizens over their elected leaders' behavior is ongoing.

 

What is the appropriate response for United Methodist Christians when divisive politics are played out before the public? We asked four Holstonians to give it some thought.
