Mother wants to see her children. Client signed voluntary guardianship of her two children to her parents with parenting time for herself one day a week and weekends. She has not been able to see the children, and parents recently filed a motion for supervised visitation. Case is in Brentwood Court. Email Janice.

Eviction defense in Coos County. Family in Berlin is anxious to find a new situation; many issues with eviction procedure. Clients need help negotiating with landlord to avoid having the eviction on record. Email Janice.

DOVE
The NH Pro Bono Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project is participating as a team in the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire "Walk a Mile in her Shoes" fundraising event for the second year, with volunteers and staff participating. Please consider supporting the DOVE team as a team member or support it with a donation. The event raises funds to help victims of domestic violence flourish as survivors.

The event takes place at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7, Rollins Park, in Concord.



Three steps must be completed by midnight, Oct. 1, 2015, to avoid late fees for non-compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53 - NH Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirement.

That's 14 days left to finish the reporting and certification process for the July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 reporting period.
  1. Attend and enter Rule 53 courses into your activated ART Account;
  2. File your online ART Affidavit of Compliance and
  3. Pay the online NHMCLE annual fee.
Members who are not compliant on Oct. 2 will face $100 late fee assessments. Members who have been on active status for nine months or more from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 must comply. Check Rule 53.2 A and B to verify your reporting status.
