The NH Bar Association collects and tracks Trust Account Compliance/IOLTA forms from New Hampshire attorneys on behalf of the NH Supreme Court. These forms must be postmarked by Aug. 1 to avoid late fees or other action by the court. Contact Paula Lewis with questions.

Seacoast Senior needs basic estate planning. Client is in her 80s with just local transportation around the Hampton area. She needs a will and other advance planning documents. Contact Janice for more information.

Parent planning ahead to protect child. Carroll County single mom would like to file a parenting case with supervised visitation only for uninvolved father of young child. Father filed a petition in another county last year, but the action was dismissed when he failed to show up to court. Contact Janice for more information.

If you have not completed your credits and/or you have not filed the compliance affidavit, we have three messages for you:
  • it's not too late to avoid late fees;
  • time is passing;
  • the online filing process is not difficult. (Half of the NHBA members subject to the rule have already completed the process.)
Complete and submit the online affidavit by Oct. 1, 2015 to avoid late fees and penalties.

The ART My Record page will show entered courses by the date taken in the applicable reporting year. (Either the year starting July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 or the current year: July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.)

Visit www.nhmcle.org to follow through on the reporting process. The site also has a number of resources to answer your questions.
