ART is different than the previous MCLE system. The old system is decommissioned, unresponsive to old logins and passwords and produces popup error messages. The new "Attorney Reporting Tool" or ART is accessed from a link on the NHMCLE web page, the central hub for ART info, including Rule 53, ART video guides, browser tips and key activation information. First-time ART users need to activate their ART accounts using the Sign Up! button. Once signed up, users can enter courses and review their 2015 "My Record" page to meet the June 30 deadline.
