The NH Judicial Selection Commission seeks applications for full-time judicial positions in the Circuit and Superior courts and per diem judgeships in the Circuit Court. Download the application or request a copy by calling (603) 271-7677. Please be sure to use the most recent version of the application, revised in 2014. Completed applications must be received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 9. Each candidate must submit the application and all accompanying documents, including writing samples, via email only to jscapplications2013@gmail.com. Bar News will feature a special section on federal practice and bankruptcy in the June issue and is now accepting proposals for timely and practical articles related to developments in the law, practice tips, trends, case law, etc. Please contact Editor Kristen Senz with your article ideas by June 8. Articles should be 800-1,000 words. Drafts will be due June 22.

 In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the NH Judicial Branch Circuit Court Administrative Judge routinely conducts judicial evaluations and participation in this process. The following Judges/Masters are presently being evaluated. Click on the names to complete the surveys: Responses will be shared with the judge/master being evaluated, but are treated as confidential and respondents remain anonymous. To request a paper copy of a survey, please email the Circuit Court Administrative Office or call 271-6418 and one will be mailed to you. Hard copy surveys should not be signed. All evaluations must be completed online or returned by July 10.
