The Court of Appeals for the First Circuit is accepting applications to serve on the court's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel, including applications from attorneys not currently on the panel and reapplications from panel members whose terms expire Oct. 1.  Attorneys on active status for nine months or more between July 1, 2014, and June 30, 2015, must comply with NHMCLE requirements. "Active" statuses include: Active, Pro Bono Active, Military Active, Honorary Active and July to September admittees per SC Rule 53.1.

 Attorneys who have recently changed their physical or email address should submit a name and address change form immediately to update their member records. The bar association sends important correspondence to the addresses members have on file. Attorneys also can update the professional photographs that are used in their member records.
