The District of New Hampshire has been advised that certain functions of PACER will be down intermittently for scheduled maintenance from 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, until 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11. Please note that the scheduled maintenance will not impact a filing user's ability to electronically file documents. However, it will at times impact a user's ability to login to PACER, search PACER records and view documents, and perform other account functions. For specific details about the outage, please visit the PACER website.

NH Supreme Court seeks applications from qualified members of the bar to fill at least one position on the New Hampshire Board of Bar Examiners. The NH Board of Bar Examiners oversees all aspects of admission. The appointment is for a three-year term, and is renewable. Applicants must have been active members of the New Hampshire bar for at least five years, practicing lawyers skilled in legal analysis and writing, with an interest in legal education and requirements for admission to the bar. NH Superior Court Chief Justice Tina Nadeau is conducting evaluations of superior court clerks and their offices. You are invited to participate in this process by completing a short, anonymous survey about each of the clerks with whom you have dealt. Please note that some clerks are responsible for more than one office. Evaluation surveys will be accepted until Friday, Aug. 29. The results of these evaluations will not be made public.
