The NH Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules has announced that there will be a public information session on the proposed New Hampshire Circuit Court-District Division Small Claims Electronic Filing Pilot Rules on Friday, March 14.



Announcing the recipients of the Pro Bono Referral Program's Pro Bono Service awards...Attorneys from different parts of the state, from a variety of practice settings, will be recognized at the Honors & Awards Luncheon at Midyear Meeting on March 7. June 20, 2014 - NHBA Annual Meeting returns to Portsmouth!


The NH Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules' annual report, released Jan. 31, contains a number of proposed new or amended rules governing all aspects of the courts. Comments are sought by the Court on these proposals, being recommended to the Court for adoption, by March 19.

An original and seven copies of all comments shall be filed if submitted by mail. Comments may also be emailed to rulescomment@courts.state.nh.us
