Just announced... Charles Greenhalgh of Cooper Cargill Chant has been selected to receive the 2014 L. Jonathan Ross Award for Outstanding Commitment to Legal Services for the Poor. Greenhalgh will be honored at the NH Bar Association Midyear Meeting during the Honors and Awards Luncheon.

Presented by the NH Pro Bono Referral Program at the New Hampshire Bar Association, the award was named for Jon Ross in 1988. It recognizes his work on the state and national level to mobilize bar leaders to support civil legal services, and generally honors a career's worth of service and dedication to pro bono service.

Register online or with the registration form for Midyear Meeting by Feb. 7 to get the early bird price.

The Honors & Awards Luncheon will also feature the presentation of:
Distinguished Service to the Public Award to Gordon J. MacDonald
The Vickie M. Bunnell Award for Community Service to Jonathan Frizzell
Outstanding Service in Public Sector/Public Interest Law Award to Jeffrey Strelzin
At the luncheon, the Pro Bono Referral Program will also recognize this year's Pro Bono champions.
