Interested in Legislation?
The Bar Association has developed a website, primarily used by the NHBA Legislation Committee, to track the progress of legislation the Bar is following. To use this tool, simply log in to the "For Members" area at www.nhbar.org and click on the link to Legislation Watch. Then click the "View Legislation" link at the top of the welcome page. The Legislation Watch website provides a customized overlay to the official General Court website that reports on legislative action. Legislation Watch enables users to do categorical searches by pre-defined keywords in various practice areas or subject matter, or grouped by the position the NHBA Board of Governors took on legislation.
