Expect Delays at NH Supreme Court
The NH Supreme Court is warning practitioners that it will be scheduling fewer oral arguments in the next few months, which could lead to delays for those parties whose cases are ready for argument.

Supreme Court Clerk Eileen Fox said the justices are devoting extra time to focusing on the many issues in the appeal of the Addison capital murder conviction, argued last November. She said the Court normally hears 13 to 15 cases per month (except for no oral arguments in July, August and December), but fewer cases will be heard in April, May and June this year.
