Kareen Caputo, LISW, LICDC
Kareen began her education and professional career in France earning a master's degree in psychology in 1989 and family therapy in 1990. She moved to the United States in 1991 and obtained a master's in social sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
Her experience includes work in a mental health agency and hospital and counseling in private practice. She incorporates a variety of methodologies in her work with individuals, couples and families.
"In the last ten years, I have increasingly turned toward holistic and nutritional treatments to assist people in improving their mental health and witnessed amazing changes in myself and others," Caputo says. "I have also became acutely aware of how important healthy, intimate relationships are in mental health." This led her to train and complete a certificate in Imago Therapy. "It has been immensely rewarding for me to see many positive changes in couples using Imago."

About INSIGHT
Insight Learning & Wellness Center provides physical and emotional wellness services to adults and children. Founded by School Psychologist Michelle Martin, Ed.S., Insight offers psychological services, evaluations, individual and family therapy. The range of wellness services includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, polarity, neurofeedback, homeopathy/naturopathy, massage, reiki, yoga and more.
Insight also offers Tae Kwon Do classes for children and adults, as well as parenting classes and summer wellness camp for children.
