About Us
Insight Learning & Wellness Center provides physical and mental wellness services to adults and children. Founded by School Psychologist Michelle Martin, Ed.S., Insight offers psychological services, evaluations, individual and family therapy.
The range of wellness services at Insight includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, homeopathy/ naturopathy, massage, myofascial release, quantum biofeedback, reiki, yoga and more. Insight also has Tae Kwon Do classes for children and adults, as well as parenting classes and summer wellness camps for children.
