 Is your body your best friend? How in tune are you with your body?How does this Craniosacral work? Let's explore how that relationship can be deepened for a healthier and happier life! Join us at our monthly Insights into Wellness OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, July 18th at 6:30pm.
Vickie Bodner will be speaking about body presence and making a relationship with your body. She also will be offering a demonstration of craniosacral therapy. Keeping the body clear of everyday stress and even past/current traumas dramatically improves your quality of life. Craniosacral therapy can help a person access the messages from the body more easily. If you have not experienced craniosacral work, this is a great opportunity to find out what it is and how it can enhance your life.

Vickie Bodner, LMT
Vickie is part of the Insight Learning & Wellness team of experienced and accomplished therapists, providing craniosacral work, massage therapy, energy work, reiki and somatic release. She has been licensed by the Ohio Medical Board as a Massage Therapist since 1996 after studying at the National Institute of Massotherapy.
Other studies include craniosacral work (SER and pediatrics) with the Upledger Institute since 1996 and she continues her education with them as a Teaching Assistant. Vickie has also studied reiki, reflexology, energy work, Native American healing techniques as well as basic Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China.
In addition to providing therapies at Insight, Vickie is also a practitioner with the Cleveland Clinic Center for Integrated Medicine.

Founded by School Psychologist Michelle Martin, Ed.S., Insight offers psychological services, evaluations, individual and family therapy. The range of wellness services includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, polarity, neurofeedback, homeopathy/naturopathy, massage, reiki, yoga and more.
