Bethany Chos is a holistic health practitioner trained in Polarity Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Detoxification Techniques and Lifestyle Consultation. She received her training from the Institute for Holistic Health Careers. Bethany also holds a master's degree in education and served as an educator for many years in Cleveland and Cleveland Heights schools prior to establishing a new career in holistic health.
She has attained an advanced certification in Polarity Therapy, a healing modality that uses acupressure points and Ayurvedic medicine to create deep relaxation and stress reduction, along with pain relief. Polarity Therapy restores balance in your life, enhancing the quality of life and empowering you to improve your lifestyle and make choices that will positively affect your health.

Insight Learning & Wellness Center provides physical and emotional wellness services to adults and children. Founded by School Psychologist Michelle Martin, Ed.S., Insight offers psychological services, evaluations, individual and family therapy. The range of wellness services includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, polarity, neurofeedback, homeopathy/naturopathy, massage, reiki, yoga and more.
Insight also offers Tae Kwon Do classes for children and adults, as well as parenting classes and summer wellness camp for children.
