Dueltgen Award
The annual Dueltgen Award for outstanding long-term service to the congregation goes this year to Bill Karns and Beth Gohdes. Among their too-numerous-to-mention services are Beth's role as chair of the Nominating Committee and Bill's role as chair of the very successful Search Committee.

From the Desk of Our Membership Coordinator
Whether you've been a member of First Unitarian Society for many years or a newcomer, I encourage you to become fully involved in the life of this Society. There are many social activities and opportunities for service, which can make being a part of our community more rewarding and make new relationships easier to establish. Also, there are challenging opportunities to join those in leadership and supporting roles on the busy committees. Such committed individuals work to ensure the quality and integrity of the many programs we all find an invaluable resource in our lives. It's important work you too could have a share in. Please call me to discuss your interests and/or expertise and how you might begin to take part in the many opportunities for fellowship and service. 612-377-6608 x111 |
