It rained for the entire bird walk. The rain was hard enough to keep the little birds mostly hidden. We did have some good ducks (what do they care about more water?) We visited a few places like Sombrero where we could bird watch from the car and we spent the most time under the picnic shelter at Cottonwood Marsh.
