Lots of good birds coming into our area (and some leaving). We saw a total of 9 osprey on the walk this morning and on my way home I saw 4 of the 6 nesting Longmont Ospreys taking my total today to 13! At one point during the walk, a rouge osprey was hanging around two of the nesting couples on the northwest section of Boulder Reservoir. One of the slideshow images shows this osprey on a close pass to one of the couples. The intruder did not seem welcome. Thanks to all the photographers for sending images from today's walk. Click on the info button of the slideshow to see who captured the images. View our Saturday, April, 20, 2013 Bird Walk
