| Mentioned in the same breath as the Herend porcelain works, Hollohaza Porcelain has over 200 years of history. Its 20th century revitalization is credited to Hungarian painter Endre Szasz (1926-2003), who had a tumultuous relationship with his native country. Influenced in style by friend Salvador Dali, he mentored other artists in the factory, including Laszlo Jurscak, illustrator for most of these pieces now seen in the first floor DWB Boutique. |
