I often say when you combine all the things we do at BellaVita, the miracles happen! Let me walk you through a typical day a guest goes through during a 10-day stay at this world-renowned lifestyle center. 

     He gets up at 6:30 AM. After taking vitals he gets a half gallon seawater flush which move the bowels in about a 1/2 hour. Next comes the poultice drink and bug juice which gently detoxifies the colon and other eliminating organs while killing parasites. Next he takes a coffee enema, does earthing, drinks a breakfast drink, does deep breathing and stretching, takes a 2 to 4 mile walk and then weightlifting, in that order. 

    Lectures are morning, noon, and evening and we pray before and after each session. Drinks come throughout the day, as do more cleansing beverages and organic juices. Sauna and skin brushing are in the afternoon, as are the awesome massages. 

    In the evening comes the famous coldsheet treatment for those who sign up. Imagine all this for the first five days. The last five days are a bit easier, because the fine gourmet raw meals are served twice a day. Now you know why the program is sold out every session. We give you the works!
