Lose Weight
Dear Friend,
I completed my 40-day juice fast by hitting the gym and doing 1,000 repetitions in the morning and another 1,000 repetitions in the evening. I am amazed by all the energy I have and still no real desire for solid food. I am maintaining my weight around 160 pounds (lost 25 lbs). In fact, I will continue the fast right into Sunday's 10-day BellaVita program since the first five days require fasting on live juices. This week I want to feature a wonderful presentation (video below) on eating and losing weight by a dynamic health speaker that many of you may already know--Dr. Hans Diehl.
