Dear Friend, Most of the world, including Christians, do not realize that God has a health plan and that it is built on the foundation of the eight laws of health. These eight laws of health can be found in the Book of Genesis: Nutrition (Gen. 1:29), Exercise (Gen. 2:15), Water (Gen. 2:10), Sunshine (Gen. 1:16), Temperance (Gen. 2:16,17), Air (Gen. 1:8), Rest (Gen. 2:2, 3), and Trust in Divine Power (Gen. 1:27, 28). For 15 years, I have been the director of BellaVita Lifestyle Center. At each 10-day session, we guide the guests through a well-structured cleansing and rebuilding program that includes daily compliance with the eight laws of health. I believe there would be far less disease in the world if people started living God's health principles. "He [God] has permitted the light of health reform to shine upon us, that we may see our sin in violating the laws which He has established in our being. When you teach people about the laws of health, and how to obey and practice them, many of the diseases from which they suffer begin to reverse. At BellaVita, we start the day with lots of pure water with lemon, fresh air, stretching, exercises like walking and weightlifting, sunshine, and super nutrition both physically and spiritually. We make drinks made from organic fruits and vegetables, ground flaxseeds, and SuperManna that contains wheatgrass, barley grass, alfalfa grass, purple dulse seaweed, chlorella, and spirulina. Each day we have healthy BIble studies blending the health message with the gospel. The meals are prepared with only raw and living foods. We do not serve any grains for the ten days because many of the guests are sensitive and do not realize it. The coldsheet treatments helps release negative or toxic emotions. The daily spiritual lessons connect the guests with a deeper understanding of the gospel and the ministry of Jesus Christ. Each guest receives fresh, organic juices seven times a day. They also take herbal mixtures for cleansing the liver, kidneys, lymph, and blood. The saunas and skin brushing help the skin eliminate toxins through the pores. The contrast of hot and cold showers increase circulation of the blood. At the end of the ten days, each guest receives a diploma for completing and obeying the eight laws of health. In a few days, we use blood pressures, blood sugars, and body weights drop. We routinely see improvements across the board. God routinely performs miracles in the guests. I am posting three new DVDs.
