With a new year comes new BAH rates! While the goal is to continue to reduce the BAH rates in order to have military personnel pay a percentage of housing expenses out of pocket, some rates did increase. Have you checked out to see what the BAH rates are for where you currently live or where you might be PCSing to? 

 

In light of the effect changing housing allowances can have on military renters and landlords, we are sharing an article this month regarding what to do when the rental market exceeds your BAH allowance.
