New Petersburg Library Opens this Saturday 
The community is invited to a a ribbon cutting 
ceremony and community day event that includes tours of the facility, starting this Saturday, April 26th at 10am.  
The new library will have a teen center, Healthy Living and Learning Center, the READ Center for adult literacy, the Small Business Development Center, imagination station for children, a café, a patio area, and drive thru services. For more information click here.
National Philanthropy Day 

This year's National Philanthropy Day celebration will be held on November 11th. The Central Virginia Chapter AFP is seeking nominations for this years celebrations - for individuals, nonprofit organizations, and businesses. All applications and support documents are due by Friday, May 16th. Nominate today.
