ConnectVA is excited to announce the release of Connect to Students, a dedicated resource focused on the efficient facilitation of student internships within nonprofit and government agencies in Central Virginia.
Southside Community Partners is offering its second Executive Leadership Collaborative series consisting of five monthly gatherings from Jan. 31st to May 30, 2014. Designed to provide executives with the opportunity to meet with their peers in a confidential, informal setting to discuss current leadership issues.
Using a case study approach, unique to Southside nonprofits, the light agenda encourages professionally facilitated dialogue - with participants sharing advice and guidance on different issues that they deal with on a regular basis. The series includes participation in an online leadership assessment and organizational assessment as well as the opportunity for peer coaching.
