Citizen Opinion is Invited on Tri-Cities/Southside Transportation
 
The Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (MPO) is holding a public meeting, where representatives from the U.S. Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Federal Transit Administration will be obtaining feedback from Tri-Cities' citizens on their progress in the area. The meeting will be held on September 23, 2013 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm,at the Petersburg Union Train Station, 103 River Street.
 
 
 
The MPO serves as a liaison between local government and state and federal agencies in matters involving major regional needed transportation improvements.

2013 Amazing Raise Kicks Off Tomorrow!
6am, Sept 18th - 6pm, Sept 19th

The Amazing Raise will kick off for the third year in a row tomorrow morning. The countdown has begun and the website is now live! As well, code is now available for nonprofits to embed their own donation form on their website, contact Phil Giaramita for more information on how to do this.

Be sure to attend the Countdown Celebration at the Cameron Foundation from 4pm - 6:30pm on September 19th to witness the excitement of the Amazing Raise conclusion and celebrate the generosity of our region!
