You Can Lead
Successful Change

Whether you are facing shifts in community need, or change in funding sources, or working to change board culture, or driving new initiatives - change is important to survival and success. Effectively leading an organization during times of major change is one of the greatest challenges a leader will face. In 1996, John Kotter published Leading Change, largely considered the seminal work on change management as a unique discipline. The model continues to be a powerful and relevant process for transforming an organization. Learn more at Leading Organizational Change, an interactive workshop on June 20th, 9:30am in Hopewell VA, featuring Kotters' 8-step process for advancing change and ways of applying these steps in your organization. Facilitator Susan Wilkes, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist and serves as an adjunct faculty member for Virginia Commonwealth University as well as Mary Baldwin College.  Register here.
