Over the coming weeks, Southside Community Partners is transitioning ConnectSouthside with ConnectRichmond to ConnectVA, Central Virginia's nonprofit and civic hub. Beginning January 28th, ConnectVA will publish a regional Weekly Update while Southside Community Partners will continue to publish weekly news and information providing you with a Southside focus. Southside Community Partners is also updating its website which will launch this month at www.SCPartners.org!

Resource Fair Connects Businesses and Nonprofits
This is a unique opportunity for professionals from nonprofit organizations to network with product and service providers available to them in the Greater Richmond region who have a commitment to working with nonprofits.
Additional highlights include a morning workshop featuring Penelope Cagney, MA, CFRE, consultant and nationally-renowned author of Nonprofit Consulting Essentials: What Every Nonprofit and Consultant Needs to Know and a lively lunch Panel: Capacity Building and Stakeholder Engagement featuring local community stakeholders. Moderator, Najmah Thomas, Ph.D., is an adjunct professor for VCU's Wilder School and practitioner with expertise in organizational development, workforce development, nonprofit management, and capacity building.
The Nonprofit Resource Fair takes place on Feb. 7th at the Virginia Historical Society.
