At MCC, summer is the time to be planning ahead for the new school year. We are always thinking of ways we can stay connected with our college family. It's also a time to catch up on correcting information so we can stay better connected.

Amy Hanson '95
"Under 40" and leading the way in ministry!
Dr. Amy Hanson - wife, mom, speaker, author, older adult ministry consultant. Over all of her gifts and traits - Christ follower and lover.
God has blessed Amy in many ways, and she is quick to give Him the glory. Recently, MCC was blessed to have Amy speak for the 2013 Commencement Ceremony. She spoke about "resolve" and gave the graduates enduring thoughts about passionate purpose for Christ in their futures. Amy has also been featured in the July 2013 Christian Standard Magazine as one of the "Top 40 Christian Leaders under 40" (also featured is our Worship Ministries Professor, Dr. Genilyn McCaffrey). We thank God for the ways Amy is making a difference for Christ! Is God using you and/or your alumni friends?
We want to know! Alums are "featured" to be an encouragement for all of us. As the body of Christ, we are called to use our various gifts (I Cor. 12). Please let the alumni office know if God is doing great things, and using you as His instrument. Or, let us know about another alum making a difference for the Kingdom!
