What an amazing group of NHS staff!

Mr. Louie, Mr. Aubrey, Mr. Knudson, Ms. Wright, Ms. Kinnee, Mr. Kambur, Mr. Chole, and Mr. Mahoney!
You all made Pi day very memorable and a huge success!
Artist of the Week
Daisy Stewart
4 years ago when Daisy joined MSA she was a shy young lady who was unaware of her talents.
Over the course of her time at MSA she has shown how talented she is as a cellist, song writer and vocalist. Anyone who was at the MSA Showcase would have seen what a glorious ethereal voice she has and how she commanded the stage.
Daisy has been part of the Jazz choir who won at Folsom and won a soloist award and has grown immensely as a vocalist. Daisy has released 2 albums with Bleached Signals (an MSA band) and works tirelessly with Vanessa Silva to compose and craft original works. She is hoping to study song writing at Berklee School of Music.
Congrats Daisy!

GIRLS LAX:
Mon. March 14th vs. St. Johns (from Texas)
(W: 11-9)
Novato Girls Lacrosse team hosted the #1 ranked team from Texas, St. Johns.  The game was exciting and hard-fought.  Novato surged ahead but St. Johns fought back and made it a great game.
Highlights:
6 goals by Charlie Rudy, 2 goals , 2 assists and 7 draw controls by Jensen Neff, 2 goals and 2 assists by Reily Bolton, a goal and two assists by Allie Level and very strong defensive performances and several ground balls by Annie Dalton and DJ Wilmott.

Afterwards, the Novato team hosted the Texas team with dinner and swimming at Rolling Hills Club, and the two teams celebrated the inter-state competition.  The Houston coach and families have offered to host Novato next.  As fierce as the competition was, the day was marked by good sportsmanship and was a great example of the positivity of sport.
