If you plan on participating for a Novato High sport's team, you are now able to register for your sport on FamilyID. Remember, every season, (if you have an athlete who does more than one sport) you must register your athlete for each season. All your info on FamID is saved as long as you remember your log in/password info. Please be sure to save that. I have attached a letter in regards to how to register if you should have any questions. Registration on FamilyID is mandatory for participation. ATHLETES MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE AUG. 10TH(FIRST OFFICIAL DAY OF FALL SPORTS). ATHLETES MUST ALSO HAVE A CURRENT "PHYSICIAN CLEARANCE FORM" (ATHLETIC RELEASE FORM)

Sports Physicals for the 2015-16 school year
If you need a Physician Clearance Form (Athletic release form) to be completed by a doctor, the Novato Sports' Boosters are hosting athlete physicals on August 8th, from 9 am to 11:30 am in the Gordon Gym. The cost is $25 per athlete, payable to "Novato High Sports' Boosters". See flyer below
