Highlight:

Double Winner Girl:

Lucy Cipriani (50 Free, 100 Free)

Briana Inman (200 IM, 100 Breast)

25 personal best times.  Many of you are feeling tired and sore in the water - this is to be expected with the amount of yards and effort you are putting in each week.  Remember, MCALs is the meet we want to swim the fastest!

Next meet April 24th, NHS vs Branson (AWAY)

Girls LAX

The Novato Girls Lacrosse team continued their winning streak last week with two games.  The first was at home against MCAL rival University (20-3), and the second was on the road, in Atherton, against NCS powerhouse Menlo (21-8).  Both games were won fairly easily, but the statistic to note is that between the two games 12 different girls scored, and 10 different girls won control of the draw.  In short, a wide range of players are contributing significantly to these wins, including the players coming off the bench.

This week the team is hoping to keep up the streak, playing MCAL's Drake on Tuesday, then two tougher NCS opponents in Amador Valley, last year's D1 NCS winner (at home at 5:30 on Wednesday) and Friday eve at Acalanes.

Boys LAX

Boys were down 7-6 to Davis at the Half. By the end of the 3rd quarter it was 9-9.  Hornets fell to a loss however, with a 12 to 9 final score. Good game boys.

PE WAIVERS
This is a quick note from our Registrar Jeanie Olian. Any ATHLETE that still needs a PE waiver from Previous years, must take care of those waivers immediately. They will need to be sure to get an "old form" from her in order to do so. Next year, NO ONE will be able to apply previous sports to the current year. Please be sure to see her if you have any questions.

Go Hornets!!
