China Aims to Ensure Internet Development Benefits All: Xi
Chinese President Xi Jinping laid out his vision for the future of the Internet while delivering a speech at the opening ceremony of the Second World Internet Conference (WIC2015) on Wednesday. China is preparing to implement cyber development and big data strategies, and the "Internet Plus" action plan in the next five years, Xi said.
