It appears that the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council will NOT be holding a special meeting tonight regarding the proposed subdivision at 5370 Mt. Royal Drive. That only item on the special meeting's agenda will be a vote on the proposed Verizon antenna atop the Colorado Terrace building.
Instead, it appears that the ERNC has changed course and decided to hold an informational briefing during the course of it's Land Use and Planning Committee meeting. You are still welcome to attend that since it is a public meeting. Instead of the 8:30 p.m. time that was give for the special meeting, the Land Use and Planning Committee meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. at Eagle Rock City Hall. However, the Mt. Royal discussion is the next-to-last item on the agenda. You can see the full agenda here.
