AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION CERTIFIES THREE NEW EXTRA LEAN BEEF CUTS

Three additional USDA Select Quality grade beef cuts are now certified to display the American Heart Association's Heart-Check mark: Bottom Round Steak, Top Sirloin Stir Fry and Sirloin Tip Steak. Retailers now have the opportunity to market six different extra-lean beef items to their shoppers using one of the most trusted nutrition icons on food packaging today.
