Attend MCLE: The Special Needs Child in Divorce and Estate Planning
On June 16, Karen Mariscal will speak at a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program on the rights and obligations of divorced parents in connection with the support of their adult disabled children. The program will address issues and solutions for divorcing parents of minor children and adult offspring who have special needs, with a focus on issues raised in divorce proceedings; the impact of child support on SSI and MassHealth eligibility; and instances where support has been sought for children with special needs.
The live program and webcast will take place on June 16 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center located at 10 Winter Place in Boston.
