Facebook has recently implemented a legacy contact, which gives you the option to give a designated individual access to some aspects of your Facebook account after you pass away. Google instituted a similar Inactive Account Manager in 2013. Both are responses to an increasingly common dilemma as individuals pass away "owning" many Internet accounts and identities.
Tax Tips for People with Special Needs and Their Families
April 15th is right around the corner, which means that it is time to file yet another personal income tax return. Although some people with disabilities may not have enough income to necessitate an income tax filing, the beneficiaries and trustees of special needs trusts may have additional filing requirements. Special Needs Legal and Financial Presentation for Parents
