We are launching sales for townhomes at two different locations starting from 10.00am, Saturday, January 31:

These townhomes are being offered to qualified buyers on a first come first served basisStarting at 10.00am on Saturday, January 31, 2015, you can drop into the Sales Centre at 1010 6th Avenue SW to reserve a home. You must show a valid mortgage pre-approval to select a unit. If you haven't yet paid your $100 program registration fee, please bring it with you in the form of cash or a cheque. There is a very limited number of townhomes available, so we recommend that you bring a mortgage pre-approval for more than the minimum price, if possible. You must also have a $2,000 deposit available in your bank account (although we won't ask for it when you reserve your unit, it will be collected when you sign your contracts).

When you visit the Sales Centre on January 31, our sales associates will have a site plan and floor plans ready to help you choose a home.

If you haven't yet completed the education session, please log in to your online profile  and reserve your seat at an upcoming session.


Only ten townhomes are available through the Attainable Home Ownership Program, in two- and three-bedroom floor plans up to 1,412 square feet. The townhomes include builder grade kitchen appliances, full height backsplash, laminate countertops, a choice of manufactured cabinets, energy efficient shower head and low flush toilets.

ARRIVE at Skyview Ranch Arbours

A total of 16 townhomes in Skyview Ranch are available through the program. The homes include two-and-a-half bathrooms, laminate hardwood flooring throughout living/dining/kitchen areas, a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a blind package, and one of the models has an undeveloped basement. The homes also feature spacious decks and drywalled and heated attached garages with full-depth driveways. Take a closer look... 

What else is coming up?

After years of planning a development in Glenbrook, our builder is moving dirt on the site and we're planning to start selling homes around late March/early April. We're currently finalizing the pricing and the interior specifications but we know we will be selling a total of 42 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment condos through the Attainable Home Ownership Program, approximately priced from the mid 200's into the 300's. We initially set out to offer a small number of townhomes at this location. However, because of huge price escalations in Calgary, we have found that townhomes no longer work within the criteria of the program at this location. Recent appraisals suggest townhouses in the neighbourhood are significantly above the price ceiling of buyers who meet our income criteria.


We are also continuing to sell apartment condos at Skymills and 51 Oak.
