The College of the Bahamas Law Department is partnering with highly reputable international organizations in the 4th Annual Arbitration and Investment Summit 2016, to be held at the Harry C. Moore Library at the College of the Bahamas from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

As the name suggests, the Summit will play a pivotal role regarding arbitration in this hemisphere, bringing together cutting edge speakers from Ghana, Kenya, Czech Republic, UK, North America, Venezuela, and elsewhere in the region and The Bahamas, and internationally recognized leaders in the investment world. The event will cover topics pertinent to both arbitration and investment community such as "Maritime and Cruiseship Arbitration: Making Waves", "Financial Services, Trade and Commercial Disputes: Arbitration as an effective ADR Mechanism", "Arbitration From a Global Perspective: New Trends, Staying Competitive, and Taking the Lead", "Investment Arbitration: What does the Future Hold?", "Niche Arbitration Clauses (Cruiseship, Maritime, Trusts, Banking, Financial Services, Sports, etc.)", and "Investment and Economic Development in Emerging Markets."
