The International Arbitration Institute of the University of Miami School of Law presents a practitioners' course, "How to Persuade a Tribunal: The Fundamentals and Advocacy in International Arbitration," in Coral Gables, Florida, led by Professor Jan Paulsson. The 13th annual ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key in Miami, Florida. Under the theme "Tooling up for international arbitration," this conference will address many relevant topics related to the current legal trends in Latin America including arbitration in energy, banking and finance disputes. The 26th IFFTA (International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates) Worldwide Conference will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
