MENU:  Heirloom Tomato - Cucumber Salad, with feta and fresh oregano vinaigrette.  Roast Pork Tenderloin with cracked pepper/peach confit, white corn grits with sweet corn and baby arugula.  Water & Tea.  Local Virginia beer, cider & wine are available for an additional fee.  Vegetarian options available upon request.

Anissa Frantz, owner of Artsy with Anissa is a stay at home mom, artist and teacher. She is a previous Art Teacher with experience teaching in Southern California and Fairfax County, Va. She has since moved to Orange County and her desire to continue sharing her love of art has led to the development of her business. She has a bachelor of Fine Art Degree in Design and Art History and a Masters Degree in Education Technology.
