Note: Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia.
For Cigarette Stamping Agents the following Virginia Cigarette Tax returns for the May 2015 period are due June 20, 2015:
- Form TT-13, Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent
- Form TT-14, Monthly Report of Non-Resident Cigarette Stamping Agent
The following Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax return for the May 2015 period is due June 20, 2015:
- Form TT-8, Virginia Tobacco Products Tax Return (OTP)
Note: Cigarettes other than "roll-your own" cigarettes are not subject to the Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax.
