Filing Reminder

For Cigarette Manufacturers the following returns for the January 2015 period are due

Feb. 10, 2015:

Form TT-18, Monthly Report of Cigarette Manufacturer

Please note: Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia.

For Cigarette Stamping Agents the following Virginia Cigarette Tax returns for the January 2015 period are due Feb. 20, 2015:

Form TT-13, Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent
Form TT-14, Monthly Report of Non-Resident Cigarette Stamping Agent

The following Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax returns for the January 2015 period are due Feb. 20, 2015:

Form TT-8, Virginia Tobacco Products Tax Return (OTP)

Please note: Cigarettes other than "roll-your own" cigarettes are not subject to the Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax.
