Fiduciaries, Estates and Trusts, and Unified Nonresident Filers may now make the following payments electronically using Web Upload:

770ES - Estimated Income Tax Payment Vouchers for Estates, Trusts and Unified Nonresidents

770IP - Virginia Fiduciary and Unified Nonresident Automatic Extension Payment Voucher

770PMT - Fiduciary Income Tax Return Payment

Using Web Upload, you can upload one file or a bulk file that provides payment information for multiple fiduciaries, estates or unified nonresident filers at one time. You will know right away when your file is accepted or if there are any errors. You will also have the ability to schedule files for submission on a future date, up to the due date of the payment.

Previously, these payments could only be made by check and mailed with a paper voucher.

Web Upload supports Excel, fixed-width (column based) and delimited files which can be submitted in either zipped or compressed file formats. Sample files can be viewed for the file layouts using Excel and delimited formats.
